Note: this guide required first reading the section on AI filters. After you have successfully set up your AI filters, continue with the text below.
Introduction
After you have successfully set your AI filters, you can use the Autopilot to identify best-fit matches.
The Autopilot is an assistant that will research, review, and assess each search result individually. It will then output a ranked list of profiles based on your custom criteria.
Launching an Autopilot Evaluation
When opening the Autopilot menu, you will see the option to configure your criteria, including a preset list of four suggested criteria.
While configuring your criteria, consider:
- Criteria are natural language instructions. You can describe anything that may be be applicable.
- Be clear and concise. If a colleague wouldn’t understand the criteria, the AI won’t either.
- You can edit, add, and remove criteria.
- PeopleGPT uses all 30+ data sources when assessing each profile against the criteria.
- They are ranked from most to least important, and can be re-ranked using the left-hand selector.
Once you have configured your criteria, click the “Confirm & Start Evaluation” button at the top right to begin the evaluation.
Evaluating Results
An Autopilot job can take between 10 seconds and 60 seconds, depending on the number of profiles and server load. Once completed, your results will be shown in a table format.
Each profile will receive a score for each criteria, between:
- Good Match: signifies that the criteria are fulfilled, either through explicit mention on the candidate’s profile or through AI inference. Green thumbs up.
- Potential fit: suggests that the criteria are likely met but with some ambiguity, or that there is some evidence missing. Yellow thumbs up.
- Not a match: indicates that there is no evidence that the criteria are met based on the information available. Red stop sign.
To gain a deeper understanding of a candidate’s match to your evaluation criteria, click on the profile to open a detailed evaluation page.
This overview provides an AI-generated explanation for each criterion, detailing why a specific match type was assigned. For example, the program might state that a Good Match rating was given due to an explicit mention on the profile.
Shortlisting Profiles
You can review and shortlist profiles individually by selecting their name. Alternatively, you can use the bulk shortlist feature to shortlist all candidates that meet specific Match % thresholds.
Choose between perfect (100%), strong (75%+), average (50%+), and weak (25%+) match rates.
