Juicebox Agents
Juicebox agents are autonomous AI-powered assistants designed to streamline talent sourcing and outreach.
This guide will cover how to create, configure, and manage Juicebox Agents effectively.
Note: Agents are an optional add-on to your Juicebox subscription.
Creating an Agent
To get started with creating an AI agent:
- Navigate to the Projects page, and click Create an Agent.
- Describe the role that you are currently working on in 1-2 sentences, including suggested criteria such as:
- Job title
- Location
- Years of experience
- Industry
- Required and preferred skills
Configuring the Agent
After entering your initial search, the Agent will ask you to review three profiles. This is the configuration workflow, where you tell the Agent which profiles match your expectations and which ones don’t.
For profiles that have the right experience and skills, please click the approve button. For profiles you’d like to reject, please continue reading below.
What happens when you reject a profile?
When you reject a profile, you’ll be asked for a reason for rejecting the profile. This will help the agent in finding the right profiles. Provide as much feedback as possible.
How many profiles do you need to approve?
To let the agent begin sourcing, you need to approve three (3) consecutive profiles that are good fits. Every time you reject a profile, you will receive three (3) new profiles for approval.
Outreach and Shortlisting
Select the sequence you’d like to use or click ‘Don’t use sequences, I just want to create a shortlist’ to create a shortlist instead and see the shortlisting section below. If you’re interested in sending a sequence, but haven’t yet, please head to the Sequences tab and create one. You can use both Email and LinkedIn steps.
Then, select the number of email sequences you’d like to send or profiles you’d like to shortlist each day. For sequences, keep in mind that the total number of emails sent will depend on the number of steps you have. If you have three steps in your sequence, adding 25 new contacts can mean up to 75 emails being sent each day (when accounting for follow ups from previously added contacts).
You can spread outreach across multiple email addresses by connected more than one email account.
Individual vs Automatic Mode
Next, choose if you would like to manually review those profiles or let the agent begin the outreach or shortlist for you. You will be able to edit this afterwards, too.
Your Agent is Sourcing for You
After completing the agent set up, your agent will start sourcing for you. You can review its progress by heading to the mission control (more details below).
It will take 5-10 minutes to receive the initial batch of profiles for review (individual approval). When set to automatic, the agent will start emailing or shortlisting profiles within 10 minutes.
Manual Approval Flow
Reviewing profiles individually will let the agent begin sourcing profiles for your review, and once the profiles are ready for review, the mission control will show you the profiles.
From here, you can review leads and click on “Approve and Send Emails” or “Approve and Shortlist”.
What happens when you reach out automatically?
The agent will automatically shortlist and reach out to candidates. You’re all set, let the agent take control and grab a cup of coffee!
How do I stop an agent?
To stop an agent, head over to your Mission Control dashboard and click on “Stop Agent” in the top right corner. Please note you will not be able to revert this action and all active sequences will also be canceled.
