Creating a search with PeopleGPT takes seconds - all you need are an account and an idea.

1. Create an account
The first step to use PeopleGPT is creating an account. Click the “Try PeopleGPT” button at the top right hand corner of the opening page to get started.
2. Verify your email address
Next, head to your inbox and verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to you. It will take you back to our search engine and automatically log you in. If you are facing any issues with email verification, please contact support.
3. Create your first search
You are ready for your first search! Use the search bar located at the bottom of your screen to find who you are looking for — or take a closer look at the following pages to become more familiar with different prompts, email outreach, and more.
What prompts exist on PeopleGPT?
Query Prompt v. Chat Prompt: Your first prompt on PeopleGPT, the query prompt, helps you narrow down the candidate demographic that you want to focus on. Every succeeding prompt (the chat prompts) will help you find the top candidates based on your question. PeopleGPT allows you to build infinite chat prompts to help narrow down your search, following your initial query. For example:
Query Prompt: Industrial engineers with experience in Python, based in Michigan
Result: PeopleGPT will generate 50 profiles (shown on the right hand side) based on your query above
Chat Prompt: Which of these candidates have a master’s degree?
Result: Out of the 50 profiles already generated, PeopleGPT will provide you with the candidates who have a master’s degree.
Chat Prompt: Which of these candidates have experience managing large teams?
Result: Out of the 50 profiles already generated, PeopleGPT will provide you with the candidates who stand out based on various candidate filters and experiences.
Chat Prompt: Write a comparison between Candidate A and Candidate B.
Result: PeopleGPT will provide you with an in-depth analysis of the similarities and differences between the two candidates that you have selected.
