Advanced Email Analytics
Analytics on how your outreach is performing across sequences, emails, and team members.
Getting Started
To access analytics:
- Go to your Sequences tab.
- Click View Analytics in the top-right corner.
Understanding your analytics
You’ll be taken to the dashboard where you can filter by date range and group by individual user or team. You can also export this data to share insights with your team.
The dashboard is broken down into four key areas:
- Sequence Performance
- Email Engagement
- Team & User Metrics
- Mailbox Activity
Sequence Performance
Track how your campaigns are performing-at the sequence level. Sequences may contain multiple steps of continued email outreach.
See metric definitions below —
- Sequence Runs: The number of sequences currently sending emails or scheduled to send
- Sequences Opened: The number of sequences where at least one email was opened
- Candidate Replies: The number of sequences that received at least one reply
- Interested Replies: The number of sequences where someone replied with interest. We use AI to look for positive responses like “I’m interested” or “Let’s chat.”
- Conversation Funnel: A visual showing how candidates move through each stage—opened, replied, and interested. Hover over each part to see the numbers.
- Weekly Sequence Runs: Shows how many sequences your team has launched over time. Helps track activity levels.
Email Engagement
Look at how individual emails are performing — this section focuses on email-level data across all your sequences.
See metric definitions below —
- Open Rate: The percentage of emails that were opened
- Click Rate: The percentage of emails where someone clicked a link
- Reply Rate: The percentage of emails that got a reply (both interested / not interested)
- Interested Rate: Percentage of emails that got a positive reply. Identified with AI
- Days Until First Reply: Shows how long it usually takes to get a first reply after a sequence is sent
- Replies by Sequence Step: Shows which step in a sequence got the reply—and whether the reply was interested or not
Email Stats
Provides information on how many emails were sent and delivered.
