Note: Hiring Manager Seats are currently only available for Business plan users.
Understanding Hiring Manager Seats
- Assign a Hiring Manager Seat
- Navigate to your account settings, and under organization — you’ll see a tab named ‘team members’
- Put in the email address of the user you would like to invite as a Hiring Manager into your organization
- Differences of Hiring Manager Seats
- Unlike regular seats, hiring managers seat users can only get access to projects and shortlists that you invite them to
- Users frequently like to use them to:
- Review shortlisted candidates
- Leave feedback on profiles
Sending Emails on Behalf of a Hiring Manager
With Hiring Manager seats, you can add your own email address, enabling your team to send sequences from your inbox on your behalf. To learn more on how to connect your email provider to Juicebox, please follow the instructions on the Integrations page.
Requesting a Review from a Hiring Manager
Organization team members may also create a shortlist of talent profiles and request reviews from users with Hiring Manager Seats. To learn more on the Requesting a Review process, please check out our Request a Review article.
