Effectively rediscover talent already in your ATS.
Revisiting past applicants, identifying high-intent talent and bringing the right people back into your hiring pipeline has never been easier now that Internal Talent Rediscovery is available in Juicebox!
Since the strongest candidates for your open roles may already be in your ATS, Talent Rediscovery lets you search, filter, and re-engage candidates from your ATS, using data like stages, jobs, and tags to help filter and find the right candidates.
Getting Started
- Open a Juicebox project and edit your filters
- Within Edit Your Search Filters, click on ATS
- Select Include, Exclude, or Only show ATS candidates based on your use case
- If you are only showing ATS candidates, fine-tune your results using Juicebox’s ATS-based filters such as:
- Jobs
- Tags
- Current Stages
- Stages
- Recruiters
- Last Interaction

Which ATS filter should I use?
- Want to revisit past talent? Use the “Include ATS candidates” or “Only show ATS candidates” filters
- Want to only source net-new talent? Use the “Exclude ATS candidates” to avoid duplicate outreach and keep ATS exports clean
- Want to re-engage talent strategically? Use the additional ATS filters under “Only show ATS candidates” to review candidates from certain stages, jobs, or tags within your ATS
Pro tip: Run Autopilot on top of your rediscovered talent pool to further narrow and rank candidate results
