Effectively manage your account, team, and billing details.
Account Settings
You can manage your account by selecting your profile icon in the bottom left corner. This opens up the account menu, which contains three sections: Your Account, Your Organization, and Plan and Billing.
Your Account
The first settings page lets you manage your account. You can view and manage the following items:
- Personal Details: including changing your profile name, your organization name, and your profile picture.
- Outreach Emails: Juicebox lets you connect separate emails for log-in and for outreach. For example, you may want to reach out via a consolidated outreach inbox, e.g. recruiting@piedpiper.com, or via a personal outreach email, e.g. johndoe@piedpiper.com
- Credits: your contact and export credits. Contact credits are used for contact info, and export credits to retrieve more detailed profile information. Learn more about credits in: All About Credits
- Color Theme: toggle between light and dark mode to match your preferences.
Your Organization
You can invite team members using the “invite member” button. Your team will receive an email address inviting them to create an account on Juicebox. You can manage invitations by clicking “delete invite” or inviting additional team members, as applicable.
As an admin of the organization, you have the option to remove team members from the organization. To remove a team member, simply click on the "Remove" button located on the right-hand side of the individual's profile. This action will immediately revoke their access to your organization's tools within Juicebox.
Plan and Billing
The plan and billing page lets you manage your invoices and switch your plan. For help with changing your plan, billing details, or anything else billing related, please see the billing help center: Billing Help Center

Email Signature
To add your email signature for the connected email outreach, please go to your account settings and click on “view/edit signature.”
Please note: If you intend to change your outreach email account, you may have to edit your signature as well.
Once added, click save.
