Do-Not-Contact List
Use the DNC List to prevent outreach to candidates who work at specific companies.
How to Add Companies to Your DNC List
- Go to Settings — In the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings > DNC Companies
- Search for a Company — In the "Companies in DNC List" field, start typing the name of the company you want to exclude
- Select the Company — Choose the correct version(s) of the company from the dropdown (e.g. Juicebox, Meta, OpenAI, etc)
DNC Enforcement
When a company is added to your DNC List, Juicebox will do two things:
1) Prevent Emails from being Sent
- Juicebox will prevent users from adding profiles currently working at this company to their email sequences.
- Note: this setting cannot be overridden by any user. The only way to change it is by the admin adjusting the DNC list.
2) Exclude in Search
- Juicebox will contacts from that company in your searches —so you don’t accidentally reach out to current or past employees.
- Note: this can be set to “Auto Exclude Enabled” in the DNC settings page by the admin. However, individual users can still override this by unchecking the option while searching.
Are you on a Business plan and require assistance with bulk uploads to the DNC Companies page? Reach out to your Juicebox account manager for assistance. If you have your DNC Companies list in a CSV or table format, we will be able to assist.
