Projects are the primary organizational feature in Juicebox, helping you segment searches and shortlisted profiles.
Overview of Projects
Projects act as folders, which can hold both searches and shortlisted candidates. We recommend creating a new project for each new role or target audience that you’re kicking off. You can create a new project by selecting “Create New Project +.”
Project Categories
When launching a project, you will be asked to select between one of three different types of projects on Juicebox:
- Private Projects
- Projects that are hidden from the organization. Only collaborators can see these projects.
- [Enterprise-only] Team Projects
- Organization Projects
Project Collaborators
You can share your project with collaborators. In the case of a private project, this will only give you and them access, while in the case of a team project, it will give the full team access.
Home Screen (Projects)
The projects will appear in your home screen depending on the categorization. The “Your Projects” section includes both private projects as well as shared projects that you created, while the “Organization Projects” section includes projects shared across your team.
Your Projects
Your Projects are projects that you created, i.e. every time you kick-off a new search on Juicebox. As the owner of the project, you can also change the project title or delete the project. Your name is associated with the project, and other organization members will be able to see the same.
Team/Organization Projects
Team Projects are projects created by your team members. You can identify which team member created each project, the date it was created, and the number of shortlisted contacts.
Switching Projects
There are two ways to switch between different projects:
- Switch projects from the projects page
- Switching projects from other pages
- PeopleGPT search page
- Shortlist page
To switch projects on the projects page, simply select the project you’d like to switch to.
To switch projects from the PeopleGPT search page, or the shortlist page, use the project selector in the top left.
Closing Projects
You can close a project by using the drop-down to click “Close Project.” Closing a project moves it to the bottom of the projects screen. You will no longer be able to access project details when a project is closed. Closed projects include details on who closed the project, and when they did so.
When a project is closed, it no longer counts as an active project in your plan.
Re-Opening Projects
To re-open a project, simply click on a closed project and select confirm Re-opening a project will have it count against your active project limit.
