Client Request:

1) has experience at top SaaS companies with deep technical cultures, like Stripe and Dropbox
2) has graduated from a top university
3) both 1) and 2)
The candidate should have at least 8 years of total experience, as well as 3+ years of experience working at a growth-stage company with between 50 and 500 employees during their tenure.
